Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credit packages, or utilizing any verification utilities provided by Homostamp (homostamp.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the platform.

Description of Services & Scope

Homostamp provides technical and cryptographic tools designed to generate independent evidence of digital file existence at a specific point in time. The service scope includes:

· Cryptographic Timestamping — Generating time-stamped proof metrics (.tsr records) indicating a specific file hash existed at a verified universal time (UTC).

· Public Ledger Anchoring — Recording cryptographic integrity hashes onto decentralized networks (such as the Polygon blockchain) to establish immutable verification.

· Portable Verification Logs — Providing downloadable data structures (HTML/PDF/TSR) allowing independent validation of the timeline record.

Strict Legal Disclaimer on Authority

Homostamp acts strictly as a provider of technical and cryptographic evidence tools. We do not possess statutory legal authority to award, register, or arbitrate official government copyrights or intellectual ownership titles. Our tools provide modern technical proof to supplement and reinforce your legal claims in independent disputes or administrative frameworks.

Credits, Billing, and Usage Limits

Platform usage, transactional billing, and system operations are bound by the following platform parameters:

· File Constraints: The platform applies technical constraints, including an upload limit of 64 Megabytes (64 MB) per transaction. Attempts to bypass this limitation may cause processing failures.

· Credit Consumption: The service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit architecture. Successfully executing a timestamp operation consumes exactly 1 credit from your active balance. Credits are non-transferable.

· Payment Infrastructure: Financial transactions and invoice settlements are securely processed by our third-party Merchant of Record (Paddle). Homostamp does not capture, harvest, or retain raw payment card numbers or banking credentials.

Automated Content Verification and Disclosures

To ensure platform integrity, files processed through the system undergo automated checking algorithms to detect synthetic data signatures or AI-generated markers.

User Disclosure Requirements

If the system flags potential synthetic or AI-generated attributes within a file, the automated workflow may prompt a declaration request. The processing queue will pause until you review the prompt and accurately verify the content's nature. Providing intentionally deceptive declarations compromises ledger consistency and may result in validation status adjustments.

Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

As an absolute condition of platform access, you explicitly covenant and agree that you will not:

✕ Submit data hashes or attempt to secure timestamp records for explicitly fraudulent materials, stolen creative assets, or content that directly infringes upon third-party copyrights or patents.

✕ Engage in systemic attacks, data scraping, unauthorized reverse engineering, or intentional disruption of platform hosting nodes and network integrity.

Account Deletion and Ledger Realities

In strict compliance with applicable privacy regulations (such as GDPR), users possess absolute rights to permanently close their accounts and request data erasure.

Irreversible Record Separation Notice

Executing an account erasure removes active account identifiers (such as names and email markers) from our primary database stacks. However, cryptographic integrity records anchored onto public blockchain architectures are mathematically permanent and cannot be modified or destroyed by Homostamp. Following erasure, the connection between your profile data and the public record is severed permanently. Maintaining independent backups of your portable certificates and .tsr files remains your exclusive responsibility.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

HOMOSTAMP SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AND DISTRIBUTED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not represent or warrant that independent public utility infrastructures—specifically decentralized networks like the Polygon mainnet or global public RFC 3161 Time-Stamping Authorities—will maintain continuous, error-free, or permanent operation. Homostamp shall not be held financially or legally liable for service interruptions, network transaction delays, external gas spikes, third-party ledger routing issues, or data losses originating outside our direct application borders.
